Lynsey & Lee’s wedding at Dalhousie Castle, Nr Edinburgh

From this moment, I knew the day was going to be a bit special...

With a healthy Northern Irish contingent, Lynsey & Lee’s wedding was always going to be a bit fun! Thank you for asking me to be your wedding photographer, Lynsey & Lee. Wonderful moments peppered the day from start to finish. For me, the day really started with a bang as I photographed the ‘getting ready’ stages and realised that the bridal shoes were Christian Louboutins – very nice! But moreso than the luxurious and very beautiful material elements, it was simply great to photograph your family and friends enjoying Dalhousie Castle and everything the day had to offer. And thank you for going with the full 2 hour champagne drinks reception – it gave me precisely enough time to give you my best. Here are just a few previews. Speak soon.

Lovely moments happen all time during the 'getting ready'...

And the moment of the day itself...

9 in 10 brides would think my idea of jumping a fence and into a corn field completely barking mad. But as Lee rightly pointed out, just as I put that idea forward, Lynsey is 1 in a million. Thank you for running with my imagination:-)

Hi David,

thanks so much for photographing our wedding, we had such a good day and you were so much fun (kept us calm !) Thanks also to Jamie for being such a good ‘Soda Wrangler’

We’re logging in to see the pics from beautiful Loch Tay, the first few look fantastic (especially the shoes) and we can’t wait to see the rest – please send more through soon ;)
