A wedding is pure theatre. You’re up on stage with a supporting cast, all dressed to the nines, in front of an adoring audience. So how best to give them a performance and experience to remember? Be you. Just like a stage actor looking to sweep their audience along with their story, don’t force it. Don’t overthink it. Don’t stress it. Just go with the flow! The more unaffected you are by all the hullabaloo of the day, the more natural you will appear and the more you will enjoy it. And so will your family and friends. They will all take your lead. Their mood and the whole atmosphere of the day is dictated by watching you. I’ve experienced hundreds of weddings up close and personal and my simple advice for a beautiful, relaxed wedding day is to simply let go of stress and be you.
